The front desk was extremely accommodating to our group, giving extra pillows, towels, and blankets. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and the whole pool area was attractive and nice. The pool stays open until midnight and opens up at 6am, so if you have little ones, they'll have plenty of time to play. Breakfast was Texas shapes waffles you can make yourself. I loved this place.

I have enjoyed staying here several times. Pool and hot tub are nice and well kept. Rooms with whirlpool tubs are available and are also very nice. You can tell that the rooms are cleaned very well. I have skipped nights and come back to same room to find it spotless once again. Paige is an outstanding hostess of high caliber. She is intelligent and intuitive, accommodating and friendly. She is cheerful and executes her duties with a smile and confidence. Thank you for your excellence in service! I anticipate many more stays at Borger Ambassador Inn.
This hotel is so nice! This is my second stay here and i am very pleased with how clean and comfortable it is. The pillows are amazing. The bed is comfy, the front desk lady is extremely nice. The air in the room is cold. I highly recommend staying here. I cant believe its only $80. I have stayed in hotels that cost $140 that rant near as nice as this. Its well maintained.
They only provided coffee. It was absolutely horrible! Luke warm at best. Very weak! The man at the front said he had just made it. The hotel definitely needs a new coffee maker.
This Saturday will be my 3rd visit! It’s a lovely place with very nice staff. Debra is always there when I check in and makes sure I’m all set to go! The room is spacious and always clean! I will definitely keep choosing y’all for my home away from home! -Erica Carrasco
new owner....working ice machine. pool and hot tub is working. laundry room is operating. we stayed for 3 weeks so far off and on. my husband is working on the courthouse. very nice staff. room are quite, cozy, and nice. They have diffent type of room . Gas fireplace and hot tub is 1 type. reasonable prices. breakfast - good coffee with choice of creamer. Apple and orange juice. fruits, yogurt, muffins,oatmeal,toast, waffles, cereals and milk and different kinds of teas. all over comfortable setting .rustic lodge feel. safe in rooms. inside pool.
Was in from out of town. This was my first choice, coming into Borger. Very nice !! It's got a great "lodge" vibe to it. Very quiet. Very comfortable bed. Plenty hot water... Great front desk service !! Will stay here again, when I'm in town again !! Thanks guys !!
